The Klompen Stampers team is a crafting community that spread across the United States. FAQs About Joining Stampin’ Up!
How much does it cost to join Stampin’ Up! as a Demonstrator?
The Starter Kit is only $99, and you get to choose $125 worth of Stampin’ Up! products – plus free shipping! Occasionally, there are special promotions where you can get even more value. CLICK HERE for our specials page to see Stampin’ Up! and Klompen Stampers current specials and happenings.
Do I need to sell Stampin’ Up! products or teach classes?
No! Many demonstrators join for the discount and perks. Selling and teaching are completely optional. Our crafting community will inspire you to be creative, encourage you to share your love of card making, and support you if you choose to sell when/if you’re ready.
Also, the term “demonstrator” can be a bit confusing. This does not mean you are required to demonstrate and teach classes. It’s just the term Stampin’ Up! uses to identify crafters who have joined the company as independent representatives. There is no discrimination between those who join for the hobby or those who join to run a business.
What kind of benefits and support will I get?

What is required to stay active as a Demonstrator?
To remain an active Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, you do need to meet a $300 quarterly sales requirement (before discounts). This includes your own purchases and any customer orders. If you don’t meet the requirement, you simply drop without penalties, fees, or obligations and will place your next order as a customer again (no discount). You are also always welcome to join again if you want to.
Also, depending on the month you join, you may have up to 6 months to meet the $300 minimum for the first time, then it’s every quarter after that. So there’s plenty of time to try it out, enjoy the benefits, and see if remaining an active Demonstrator is right for you!
What if I want to do this as a hobby and not necessarily a business?
Stampin’ Up! supports all Demonstrators, no matter your goals. At the Klompen Stampers, we like to refer to you all as Hobby Stampers. Yes, you can join just to enjoy the discount, early access, and exclusive perks. We have many Hobby Stampers on the Klompen Stampers team and love welcoming more. In our online community, we regularly share creative ideas to keep you inspired and host virtual get-togethers as a way to connect and create with other paper crafters.
Can I run a Stampin’ Up! business?
Yes! You can earn money through product sales, hosting events, online marketing, and team building. You can grow at your own pace, and the Klompen Stampers Team provides support and resources to help you succeed. We have many Business Builders on our team who teach classes and provide mentorship to help you achieve your goals.
