Frequently Asked Questions to Help You Decide If You Want to Become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator
1. What is a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator? A Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is an independent crafter who shares their love of paper crafting and Stampin’ Up! products with others, or simply purchases for themselves while earning commissions and/or discounts as well as enjoying many other benefits. Stampin’ Up! uses the term “demonstrator” to refer to anyone who has joined the company as an independent associate. It does NOT mean you have to “demonstrate.” Other direct sales companies use terms like consultant, ambassador, distributor, etc…
2. What are the benefits if I become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator versus being a customer? Becoming a Demonstrator offers several benefits that customers do not have access to, including:

3. What is the quarterly minimum requirement? To remain an active Demonstrator and continue enjoying the benefits, you are required to meet a quarterly minimum sales requirement of $300 (before shipping and tax). When you first join, you will have up to 6 months to meet this for the first time (depending on the month of the year) and then every 3 months after that. If you don’t meet it, that’s OK – they simply deactivate your demonstrator account and you go back to being a regular customer.
4. Can I become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator just for personal use, without selling to others? Yes, you can join SU! as a demonstrator solely for personal use and to enjoy the discounts on products. Many demonstrators start this way and later choose to build a business if they wish. There is no obligation to sell to others if you prefer not to. A majority of the Klompen Stampers team demonstrators are hobbyist here for the benefits!
5. How do I sign up to become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator? To become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, you simply purchase the starter kit. This kit is customizable so that you can select whatever products you want. It is basically a fun shopping spree. Learn more about the kit here.
