We Are the Creativate Team

The Creativate Retreats began in April 2020 to give crafters the opportunity to learn, stamp, and enjoy virtual fellowship with others around the world! The retreats have grown to over 2000 worldwide participants every quarter, and have become the largest (and best) virtual stamping retreat available. What Do You All Get?
Written Tutorials
Step-by-step PDF tutorials for 36 different cards/projects. All with measurements, supplies used, and detailed easy-to-follow instructions. All projects are designed so that you can create them with any stamps, paper, and ink. We don’t want you to have to buy a whole bunch of new products just to create the projects! Learn to use what you have!
Video Tutorials
All projects are presented via video in 2 different ways! Each will be shared during the retreat via a private YouTube Live. You can watch “live” or what the replay. Or, if you prefer shorter videos, without all the chit-chat of a “live,” each project also has a shortened pre-recorded video that you will also have access to. These shorter videos are also perfect for creating right along with us – start and stop the video as often as you like!
Variety of Projects
As a team, we work hard to present a variety of different types of projects for each retreat. You will find everything from fun fold cards to unique techniques, boxes, and bags, quick and easy, to over the top! There is always a huge variety and something for everyone!
World Wide Retreat Community
Each retreat has an optional private Facebook Group where you can share your projects, plus see thousands of other projects from other attendees. It’s a great way to connect with other crafters and be inspired by others. With all the ideas and inspiration, you will be busy stamping until the next retreat rolls around!
Prize Drawings
We love to give away lots of prizes! Everyone who registers for the retreat will go into the random prize drawings. No need to be present or participate live. We post all winners the Sunday after the retreat, so make sure to check and see if you are a winner.
Participate YOUR Way
I like to say the Creativate Retreat is a “do it your way” retreat. You can participate LIVE, watch replays, or even just grab all the amazing tutorials and follow them. You don’t have to be present, and you will have unlimited access to watch and download anytime. We post all the tutorials on the Thursday prior to the retreat, so you can begin stamping them if you want, or just download them all for future use.

Can I participate if I don’t live in the US?
YES. Since this is a virtual retreat and we are not sending you products, anyone outside of the US can participate!
Can I participate if I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator?
Absolutely. We love sharing with other demonstrators. Feel free to bring your friends, customers and team members. Everyone is welcome! (another reason why we don’t have you purchase products before the retreat–we want those of you who are demonstrators to purchase from yourself to get your discount!)
What are pre-retreat challenges?
We like to get the fun started right away, so we share 4 different stamping challenges for you to use to get your fingers “inky” and warmed up for the retreat. These are totally optional and just a fun way for us to share more stamping ideas and tutorials with you. You can participate as a challenge, or just use the tutorials for card making ideas. During the Pre-Retreat Challenges, you will get 12 different card making tutorials!
What if I am not available the day of the retreat?
No problem – everything will be recorded and available for replays. You can work through the retreat projects at your own pace when you are available. Or, go back and re-watch anything, anytime!
Will I be stamping along with you?
Since everyone stamps at a different pace, the retreat is not intended for you to stamp all the projects with us. We will provide you all of the tutorials ahead of the presentations so you can have supplies ready for the projects you want to create during the retreat. And then, stamp at your leisure and create the projects in the days/weeks following the retreat. We give you enough ideas to keep you stamping until the next retreat!
How do I know what stamps & supplies I will need?
We design the projects so that they can be created with products you already have. Most projects can be made with any stamps, ink and paper and a few basic supplies. We want you to learn to use and create with what you have. We also don’t want you buying things you really don’t like. And then, if you love what we use-buy it afterwards.
