Learn the basics and see how fun and easy it is!

What’s fun about this stamp set is that you can use any colors and easily mix and match the different sentiments to make a card for almost any occasion or reason to send one!

Two handmade cards made using the SIP method of stamping for card making beginners. One card reads thank you and the other card reads hello, friend. These cards are lying on the stamp set inked & tiled, which is the stamp set used for creating these greeting cards.

These first two versions use only the Stampin’ Up! Note Cards – no cutting needed. Just open the package and fold the card in half!

When stamping, make sure to stamp the inside of your card and the envelope – watch the video to see how I did that.

Three notecards showing how to step up a handmade card by adding some card stock layers and punched images. Each card is stamped the same, but a different layer of paper is added to give the card a different dimension.

And then, it’s so easy to just add a couple of layers of card stock, or even a punched piece to add that extra special touch. When you are learning how to stamp cards, it’s important to start with the basics and then add more.

This is the perfect example. The basics are STAMPS, INK, and PAPER (SIP) and then we add the special touches with a little more card stock and the punched out sentiment piece!
