Everyone who joins Stampin’ Up! has the same access to training and resources provided by the company. However, not all team leaders are the same. I often hear from demonstrators who are frustrated or upset because their upline never contacts them, helps them, or provides any sort of training or resources for them. THIS BREAKS MY HEART!
But sadly, this is very common in a “direct sales” business model. There is nothing that a team leader is required to do. And many people will build a team and do nothing.
That is NOT us at the Klompen Stampers! We believe that our team is the #1 priority in our business. We pour our heart and soul into providing training, resources, opportunities, and “being there for you.” We also understand that everyone who joins needs different things.
