Color Combination for Heartfelt Blooms Card #2

Card Recipe for Heartfelt Blooms

• Marina Mist Card Base:  8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
• Basic Black:  4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″
• Whisper White:  4 3/4″ 3 1/2″
• Basic Black scrap for scalloped circle
• Inside:  Whisper White:  5 1/5″ x 4″

Don’t forget to stamp the inside:

Important Tips

• Make sure your stampin’ pad is NOT TOO JUICY!  If you are not getting the detail you want, it’s probably because your are putting too much ink on the stamp
• Stamp 2 flowers on Whisper White layer in Marina Mist
• After stamping, cut the circle out of the layer using a layering circles framelit (keep the circle)
• Cut a scallop oval out of a scrap of Basic Black
• Adhere the 2 circles and attached to card using dimensionals.  Make sure to line up the stamped images
• Tie bow in Baker’s Twine and attach with a glue dot
