How To Use Punches For Card Making

Are you ready for some punch fun? Today I have several cards to share with you that will teach you how to use punches for card making and how they help you make quick and easy cards. You know me, it’s all about making quick and easy cards and keeping it simple without a ton of supplies.

We are using my favorite notecards and envelopes today, which are perfect to use when you want to make a stack of cards, and especially when using these fun punches for card making. Let’s keep it simple! These Inked & Tiled Punches, along with the Medley Mix stamp set, will help us do that!

What I love about this stamp set and punches is that you can use any color to make cards for anyone. Need a card for a female friend, make it in pinks, purples, or pastels! Need to make a masculine card, use blues, greens, or some earthy tones. This stamp set along with these perfect punches for card making can help you create quick and easy cards for everyone!

Measurements & Supplies

Want to make these cards? I have the complete list of supplies and all of the measurements for you. Go ahead and copy – that is why I share! Often people tell me that they are afraid to copy ideas that they see online. PLEASE DO! That is how you learn and that is why I share.

Well honestly, there are not really any measurements to share! I made these cards using Stampin’ Up! Note Cards and Envelopes. I used these a lot because they are very economical and I love that you get a pack of 20. They are cut and scored, ready for you to fold and create a card on! And then the designs are just stamped on scrap paper and punched out! So again, no measurements for those.

What’s so fun is you can use any colors and layout the punch shapes however you want! The cards below were made using Kraft Note Cards and Envelopes, also from Stampin’ Up!
