Here at Klompen Stampers, we value our team. We share, learn, and grow with each other. We are a community of creative, talented, and kind-hearted paper crafters all with a passion for card making. There are so many different card making styles, techniques, and ideas – there is always something new to learn. And this is why I love the Klompen Stampers team, because every member brings a unique talent to the team that we get to learn from.
Today, I want to spotlight one of our talented team members, Ai Mazurek, and show off her simple stamping card ideas made with the Changing Leaves Bundle. Ai’s card making style is simple stamping! She loves to make projects that are simple, quick, and easy. She also loves mass-production projects like cards and treats holders for her kid’s school events. I am so grateful to have Ai on the Klompen Stampers team, she is very active in our online community always sharing ideas and offering encouragement to others!
Get To Know Ai Mazurek
A few fun facts about Ai:
- She’s originally from Japan and now lives in Norton Shores, MI with her wonderful husband their beautiful 8 y.o. daughter. She had never driven in snow until moving to MI!
- Her name is pronounced as “I” or “eye” and means LOVE in Japanese. It is unique and confuses English speakers!
- When not making cards she’s either watching Korean Dramas on Netflix or sewing! She loves to make small stuff like zipper pouches, key fobs, and fabric bins.
Why Ai loves being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator:
“At first, I joined Stampin’ Up! for a discount (why not, right?), but through being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and a member of Klompen Stampers, I have been able to meet many people. It’s not just because of our shared hobby or the relationship between customer and demonstrator. Now, I have many people with whom I’ve built relationships that go beyond that, like family and it’s very special and important for me since I moved here by myself (to marry my husband.)”

I absolutely love these cards Ai made to share with us! First off, they’re gorgeous. And second, they’re simple stamping using limited supplies, and easy for anyone to make! I also love how she goes “non-traditional” by using Fresh Freesia for leaves – I’m not sure I’ve seen many leaves this color out in the woods!
