Want to make a beautiful fall card? Grab the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves stamp, a few inks, and I’ll show you how to make this card. This card is all about easy and all occasions.
You can add any greeting to it, use any colors, and even use different stamps. It’s just an easy layout that can be super versatile.

Fall is coming to a close here in Michigan, so I just had to use these gorgeous leaves one more time as I say goodbye.
I finally got my hubby to take a little trip up to Northern Michigan to see some truly gorgeous leaves. Oh my, it was so beautiful! I think this might be a yearly road trip.

Gorgeous Leaves Makes For Gorgeous Greeting Cards!
The gorgeous leaves inspired me to create a greeting card where I could share plenty of stamping tips with you. You’ll love how easy this card is to make. Grab your favorite stamps, inks, and papers and use this layout idea to make your own gorgeous greeting card
What’s your favorite thing about this gorgeous leaves card? What other stamp sets would you use for this layout design? I’d love to hear!
Gorgeous Leaves Card Details
I love that this card uses minimal supplies. If you use a different stamp set, find a “background/random pattern” type stamp for the “dots.” Many different stamp sets have a “speckle” type stamp in them.
And then, I think any flower would look great instead of the leaves.

Measurements
- Card Base – Very Vanilla: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Mossy Meadow: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- Very Vanilla: 5″ x 3 3/4″ and 1 3/4″ x 5″

I love using little embellishments like the Brushed Metallic Dots to put the perfect final touch on the card!
I put 3 dots on the card; that’s my “go-to” number. Years ago someone told me you should use an odd number in a triangle type pattern.

If you have any questions, let me know. You can leave me a comment or send an email. I love to hear from you and would love to help you in any way–especially if you do not already have a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.

What a beautiful card. How did you get the colored splatter in your background?
I think if you watch the video that will best explain it. So glad you liked the card.
Lovely card. Thank you for the inspiration. 🍁🍁
You’re welcome!

Thanks so much Missy!
Love the cards, quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching Kathy!
Love the card! So easy. I have never seen Taquamenon in the Fall. How beautiful! Thanks for the photo.
It’s beautiful; I hope you’ll be able to go there someday. In the meantime–make some pretty fall cards!
My hubby and I spent a couple of weekends up in Paradise years back. We visited Taquamenon, but I’ve never seen it in the Fall, either. Will have to put it on our bucket list of Michigan travels, since we are Michiganders, too. Love your cards.
It’s a great place to go in the fall. Thanks for watching!!
Beautiful photo! Love the fall colors on the cards!
It’s such a fun card to make! Have a lovely day Cheryl!
I just love the cards you make! They are so great, yet creative and simple to make, that I want to make just about all of them. And this is one of those!
It warms my heart to hear that you like this card enough to want to make it. You made my day!!
Tahquamanen Falls! I grew up there and go back to visit and stay with my seven brothers and sisters up there often. It describes “God’s country” very accurately! Winter can be a challenge though – they don’t measure snow in inches up there they measure it by roofs!
I’m glad you’ve been able to visit and enjoy it up there. What a great family spot! Thanks for watching!
That picture was awesome. My husband is from Traverse City, MI and next time we are up North we will need to check this area out as I have never been to the UP.
Thanks for sharing.
Yes, I hope you get to go sometime–it’s so pretty! Have a great day!
Jackie- I love the simplicity of this card!-just stamps, ink and paper! but it’s so ‘fall-ish’
I plan to do this in my class this week.
Thanks for sharing
