Can You Believe Beautiful Fall Cards Are This Easy To Make?

Fall cards can be so simple to make when you use my SIP method—stamps, ink, & paper. I’ve also got alternate options that are beautiful too. There’s a fall card idea for all skill levels!

The cards shown here use the retired Happy Thoughts stamp set; I know many of you have this stamp set so I did not feel too bad using it. This was the stamp set I had the honor of designing, but unfortunately it retired in June. Never fear…. these fall cards are really designed so that you can use any greetings that you have. I am sure you have plenty, so grab your favorite and make these beautiful fall cards.

Fall cards start with gorgeous leaves, right?! It’s the no-brainer stamp set for the season and it’s new. Stamp the leaves then add any greeting for whatever type of card you need.

Making fall cards is easy peasy with these fun textured leaves! Which layout will you use to make your fall cards?

These are the cards I made in the video and shared tips for creating them.

More Gorgeous Fall Cards

If you like to “step up” your cards a bit and add some colored card stock, you can easily use this same layout idea.

Everything is pretty much the same, I just cut different card stock.

  • Crumb Cake: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Very Vanilla: 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″
  • Early Espresso: 4 5/8″ x 3 3/8″

I added a bow made using Baker’s Twine and some Brushed Metallic Dots for that extra special little touch.

The card on right right (above and below) use the stamp set Color & Contour for these heartwarming words.

On the left, I used greetings from the In Symmetry stamp set – a super fun floral set.

  1. I have no idea why they retired the Happy Thoights stamp set. It is my go-to set for greetings. You did a great job designing it, Jackie.

  3. That was smart of you to purchase more of that Happy Thoughts set. When the catalog came out that set was one of my first orders. I was sorry to see it retired so soon but I continue to use retired sets regardless.
