National Friendship Day is August 1: Time to Make Fun Cards for Friends

I love making fun cards for friends so on National Friendship Day I’m pulling out a cute stamp set and sharing card design ideas with you.

You may not know this about me, but I was born and raised in Wisconsin, so I really got a chuckle when I saw this stamp set! How stinkin’ cute are these badgers. I will have to do a University of Wisconsin card sometime soon too!

Friendship Card Details

These 2 cards use basically the same supplies, I just cut my pieces a little different and laid it out different.

Card Measurements

• Smoky Slate: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
• Smoky Slate Layer: 4″ x 5 1/4″
• Polished Pink DSP: 2 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
• Basic White: 2 1/4″ x 2 1/2″
• Basic Black: 2 3/8″ x 2 5/8″
• White scraps for greeting

Card Measurements

• Smoky Slate: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
• Bumble Bee DSP: 2″ x 5 1/2″
• Basic White Circle: cut with layering circle die, approx 2 3/4″
• Basic Black: cut with layering circle die, next size larger than white circle
• White Scraps for greeting
