Easy Card Making Technique Using Patterned Paper

Today’s card making technique is one of those ideas that looks impressive but is surprisingly easy to create. By combining a few simple layers and letting your patterned paper take center stage, you can create beautiful handmade cards with very little effort. Whether you’re a beginner looking for a new idea or an experienced card maker wanting a quick design you can use again and again, this versatile technique can be adapted to almost any stamps, ink, and paper you have in your craft room.

For today’s cards, I used products from the beautiful Violet Dreams Suite, one of the newest additions to the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusives collection. With its gorgeous florals, coordinating patterned papers, and elegant details, this suite makes it easy to create stunning handmade cards for a variety of occasions.   1. I like the strip card with the extras. I have so many strips of old very ancient DSP to use. Here is a great way.
