Hello friends! I have some great tips for you today on how to use the Stamparatus Stamp positioner to get a perfect stamped image every time! This is one of my favorite card making tools when stamping big bold images.
Now, it would be pretty boring just learning how to use the Stamparatus Stamp Positioner, so I also have four gorgeous Christmas Cards for you that are easy to make and perfect if you need to make mulitples.

I have a lot of tips to share with you for using the Stamparatus, so make sure to check out the video tutorial. This tool has many uses, but today we are focusing on using it to make sure our bold image is nice and dark and stamped perfectly. I like to use this positioning tool for this because you can stamp over and over until it is as dark and perfect as you want it to be!
Are you ready for my Stamparatus tips…. check out the video….
Video Tutorial – How to Use the Stamparatus Stamp Positioner
If you are struggling getting a good image, whether it is a bold stamp, or other, the Stamparatus Stamp Positioner might be just the thing you need. I also love to use it for BIG stamps, like background stamps. It is often easier to use than putting the stamp onto a clear block.
Easy Christmas Card Ideas
On the video I shared 4 different Christmas cards that I made using the Stamparatus and the Peace to You stamp set. If you need to make a large batch of cards, this is the perfect stamp set, especially when using the Stampartus. I used just one ink pad, one stamp set, and an embossing folder. Easy peasy!
Let’s take a look at them, as well as the supplies and measurements.

For all of the cards I used the STARRY SKY ink pad. This color is a gorgeous shade of blue/purple and worked perfectly for these cards. After stamping the images on a scrap piece of Basic White, I used either the Stylish Shapes Dies or the Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut out the image.
For the left card, I embossed the front of the card base with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder, then layered my images directly on it. For the card on the right, I added a 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer of Basic White that was embossed on the Basic White card base. This just gave it a bit more dimension.

The card on left I cut the image out with the Stitched Rectangle die, but the one on the right, I used my paper trimmer to cut the shape of the stamped image.
Make sure to watch the video to better see these cards. They look so much nicer in the video than these photos. The photos do not do justice at all as to how beautiful (and easy) these cards are.

Hi, Jackie! Thank you for demonstrating a beautiful, simple card for us. I admit I am not much into the folds and crazy stuff. I love your tried-and-true style. The Starry Sky ink is gorgeous for these cards. You are amazing!!
Glad you liked them Leslie. Starry Sky is really a gorgeous color. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorites!
I love the Stamparatus, but just wondering if you could remove a stamp from the old blocks and somehow use in the Stamparatus.
I know some people have, but I never had an luck doing it. It becomes a huge mess and you have to cover the entire top with “cling.” I really don’t recommend.
Thanks for your feedback
I have removed ALL my stamps from their blocks and can use them all like cling stamps. It was a tedious job but all 300 some stamps are done…..
Gorgeous cards as always. Love that last one, trimming it made all the difference.
Glad you liked it Caroline. It’s a beautiful stamp set.
