I’m thrilled to show you gorgeous designer paper to make thoughtful cards so quickly. It’s simple card making that turns out beautifully.
Do you struggle cutting your Designer Series Paper? I hear all the time–it’s too pretty to cut. Well, what good does that do you? We buy it to make beautiful, thoughtful cards to send to people to make them happy. So here’s the challenge….grab your designer paper and let’s cut it!

My video today will show you how to cut up several pieces of the paper that are in the Expressions In Ink Designer Series Paper Package. Just add a nice bold greeting and you have some quick and easy cards to put into the mail.
Thoughtful Cards Anyone Would Love To Receive | Video Tutorial
This paper is so gorgeous and the ideas are endless. But several sheets are perfect to use for this easy card layout where all you need to do is cut, add to a card base, and add a greeting! Then send these beautiful, thoughtful cards in the mail.
What do you think? These are about as easy as it gets for making cards. I truly believe sometimes easy peasy is the way to go, especially when we have the opportunity to bless many people with “happy mail.”

A Couple More Cards
On the video I also gave you a look at these cards. Here I just did a little layering and added some ribbon. But the focus is still the beautiful Designer Series Paper.

Card Measurements
If you’d like to make the above cards, here are the cutting measurements:
- Card Base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Bottom DSP: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Top DSP: 3″ x 4 1/4″
- Coordinating Layer: 3 1/8″ x 4 5/8″
These cards are not difficult, there is just a bit more cutting of layers. This paper is so gorgeous it’s easy to “show it off” by making it the focal point of your cards.
