You’re in for a treat today with 7 adorable handmade cards with Snowman Season stamp set!! I really hate to say the words, “Let it Snow,” but that’s the name of this adorable Stampin’ Up! suite of products. These snowmen are so dang cute that I just could not stop creating with them. So, today you are getting 7 different cards!
Originally I was going to divide the cards up into 3 different videos and blog posts, then I decided it would be more fun to just share all of them at once.
I am not a “snow girl” at all, so it’s really hard for me to be making these in September, but….they are just so dang cute!
Adorable Handmade Cards | Snowmen For All Your Crafting
We are going to jump right in with the video. It’s longer than normal, but I have a ton of tips to share with you about all the fun products that are a part of this suite plus I’m sharing 7 adorable handmade cards. Here are the 7 Adorable Handmade Cards
Below are the 7 cards that I shared in the video and the recipes for each of them. Make sure to watch the video to also see the insides!
These first 3 used mainly the Designer Series Paper and the stamp set.
Card Recipe:
- Coastal Cabana: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Real Red: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- DSP: 5″ 3 3/4″
- Scraps: Whisper White, Soft Suede
- Inside: Whisper White: 4″ x 5 1/4″
Card Recipe:
- Whisper White: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- DSP: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic Black: 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″
- Whisper White: 3 1/8″ wide and then torn to fit on the black
Card Recipe:
- Crumb Cake: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Coastal Cabana: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- DSP: 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Scraps: Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Whisper White
- Inside: Whisper White: 4″ x 5 1/4″
Let’s Add The Let It Snow Embellishment Kit
Talk about a “box of fun!” This embellishment kit totally steps up these cards. Make sure to watch the video where you can see these embellishments better!
Card Recipe:
- Blueberry Bushel: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- DSP: 4″ x 5 1/45″ (cut a 1″ strip off the left side and flip over to see the backside before adhering)
- Scraps: Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Whisper White
Check out these felt mittens, hat and scarf!!!!
Card Recipe:
- Coastal Cabana: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- DSP: 4″ x 5 1/4″ (cut 2″ off the bottom and flip over to get the stripes)
- Scraps: Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Whisper White
Break Out The Puff Paint
OMG–a blast from the past but oh so fun!!!!! It just adds that magical touch!
Make sure to watch the video for tips on how to use the Puff Paint.
Card Recipe:
- Flirty Flamingo: 11″ x 4 1/4″
- DSP: 4: x 5 1/4″ — use Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut out the center and save the center for the next card
- Whisper White: Cut with the next smaller size Rectangle Die

The color combos are so fresh and fun. Did you use embossing powder for Merry Christmas on theblack paper?
Sandi, I heat embossed in white like you suspected but if you don’t have the embossing powder you can stamp with the white ink we carry.
