I am always struggling to make masculine cards for men and I know this is a common theme amongst many card makers. Today I have some quick and easy cards for you that will solve all your masculine card making problems and give you some card ideas that will work for any guy in your life. All you need is the Stampin’ Up! Merry Moose stamp set, the moose punch and in addition to that, the PLAID paper! (oh, and some all occasion greetings!).
With just these few products you can make these cards for men no matter what the occasion or reason is!
Update on Moose Punch:
After designing these cards, doing the video and writing this blog post, I found out the moose punch was SOLD OUT! Since many of you have this punch already, I decided to still share my cards with you along with a suggestion. For all 3 of these cards, you could easily STAMP the moose from the MERRY MOOSE stamp set and just cut it out with a scissors. The cards would still be super adorable.
BUT….there is GOOD NEWS! The Moose Punch will be back in next years Holiday Catalog! You have to wait awhile, but at least we now know it will be available again!

For these cards I used the MOOSE PUNCH that you can find on page 27 of the Holiday Catalog. It actually coordinates with, and is bundled with, the MERRY MOOSE stamp set, but for the cards shown in the video, I just used the punch but scroll below to see examples with the stamp set.
Because of the punch being sold out, I decided to add some pictures of some other cards to this post, so keep scrolling. They use the Merry Moose stamp set which is a great masculine all year round stamp set.
My video today has some fun tricks for getting texture on the moose, as well as tips for stamping the BIG Birch Background stamp. In addition, I will show you how to easily turn these cards into something for any and “almost” all occasions!

There you go….what do you think? These cards would be equally cute if you just stamped the moose and cut out with a scissors.

More Masculine Cards with the Stampin’ Up! Merry Moose Stamp Set
Here are some fun cards that use the Merry Moose stamp set so that you can see the versatility of all the different stamps. It’s a great masculine set for year round use.

Happy Birthday greeting on the above card is from the WELL SAID stamp set.

I love the moose stamp as the background! And isn’t that raccoon just adorable?
Happy Father’s Day is all from the WELL SAID stamp set.

This might be my favorite of these 4 cards. The Merry Moose set has a fabulous pine tree. It’s the perfect size and we can never have enough pine trees. The greeting on this one is from the ROOTED IN NATURE stamp set.

And how about just a cute birthday card. This shows how these stamps can be used for anyone anytime! The greeting is from the HERE’S A CARD stamp set.
