Welcome to “Throwback Thursday” where I like to bring back projects that I posted quite awhile ago and that the stamps and/or dies are still available. Today I’m bringing back Stampin’ Up! Floral Phrases Throwback Thursday. Keep in mind that sometimes the colors, papers or embellishments might be retired, but you can still get the important things — the stamps and dies. You can easily still create these projects, just change a few things!!!!
