On Wednesday we explored the new colors that are in the Stampin’ Up! Brights Collection. Today, I am sharing the Stampin’ Up! Abstract Impressions 2-step stamped card. We are also going to look at 5 more new colors that are part of the Subtles Collection.
The Abstract Impressions 2-step card is an easy, yet makes elegant cards. Today’s project also uses the coordinating Springtime Impressions Thinlit dies. I am not normally a “subtles” color kind of stamper, but these colors are so pretty and I am sure you will see me using them more. Once again I have a video for you that is filled with a ton of stamping tips. Not only for making these 2-step cards, but also for using the Big Shot with detailed dies and how to adhere them to your card. Make sure to watch the whole video, it’s jam packed!

New Colors in the Subtles Collection
These are the colors that are new in the Subtles collection: Petal Pink, Soft Sea Foam, Mint Macaron, Balmy Blue and Highland Heather. They go very well together, but will also pair nicely with existing colors in and out of this collection.
Cards Made With Abstract Impressions
To show off these new colors, I am using the Abstract Impressions stamp set and Springtime Impressions Thinlits bundle. Remember, when you buy a bundle you save 10%. I started out making each card monochromatic as I have been to show off the new colors, but then in the insides I mixed and matched colors, but stuck to just these 5 new colors!

I’m sorry, I do not understand your question about needing a mould??
Where can I purchase the five subtle collection papers and the subtle dianamic embossing folder and thin lit die you used in your latest tutorial.
Alison, you can get the Petal Pink (Item 146985), Soft Sea Foam (Item 146988), Mint Macaron (Item 146988), Balmy Blue (Item 146982) and Highland Heather (Item 146986) in my online store here.
The Subtle embossing folder is now retired but there is ‘Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder’ (Item 152718) that would be a good substitute.
