Today we are having a little bit of a FLASH BACK to some simple Happy Birthday cards that anyone can make. Birthday Cards are made more than any other type of cards, so I thought it was a great time to share some past projects with you. If you are looking for some creative handmade birthday card ideas to stock up on this is the post for you. Bonus: there is a great wedding card here too. Anyone can make these cards, whether you are a beginner, or an avid stamper.
SIP Stamping
Every so often I share SIP Cards with you. SIP stands for Stamps, Ink, and Paper. I think as stampers, we always think we need everything…… and we forget that we can make some super cute easy cards without a lot of supplies. Truly, all you need is a SIP (stamps, ink and paper.). Today’s fun notecards use just that–STAMPS, INK and PAPER. No fancy tools, no big shot, just the basics–STAMPS, INK and PAPER!
24 Hour Stamp Sale
Before I share today’s cards, I want to let you know about a 24 hour flash sale happening right now!

These cards and this video was originally posted last winter, but I thought I would share again for those of you who are newer stampers, and for those of you who love the quick and easy like I do!

All You Need is a SIP: Stamps, Ink and Paper
Here is all we used on this card. If you’d like to order any of these products, just click on a picture below to go directly to the online store. Don’t forget to use my Reward Code! (scroll down for information and code)
Plus we used the Aquapainter, however, you can also use a Blender Pen, or even a cheap paintbrush and cup of water!
Make sure to watch the video to see how easy it was to color. Super Simple, but a great card to give to a friend!
A Couple More Cards
These note cards are also made with the Piece of Cake set, notecards, a couple ink pads and the AquaPainter. It’s all about SIMPLE STAMPING!
As you can see, it does not take a lot of supplies nor a lot of time to make cards. And a handmade card is so much more meaningful to give then going to the store and buying one.
Want to Step It Up a Bit??
Here are a few others that are “stepped up” a bit. Sorry, I don’t have the cards any longer to give you the recipes, however, they are all pretty easy to figure out from the pictures if you want to make them. Just use the ideas for the layout.
Sorry, the Designer Series Paper used on the cards below is retired, however, you could substitute any paper you have and just coordinate your colors to go with the paper.
