The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to spread festive cheer than by sending heartfelt, handmade Christmas cards to your loved ones? Creating your own cards adds a personal touch that can’t be replicated by store-bought ones. Don’t worry if you’re not a crafting expert… I have some simple and delightful ideas for easy handmade Christmas cards that will bring joy to both you and the recipients.
To keep our holiday crafts easy and low-stress this year, these cards were all made using extra pieces from the Christmas Everywhere Card Kit and a few additional supplies. The card kit comes with all the supplies you need to make 9 handmade holiday cards and has a few pieces left over. I took those pieces, a pack of all-occasion Designer Series Paper, my favorite Note Cards and Envelopes, followed some simple card layouts from previous projects, and now I have a stack of handmade cards ready to mail out!!
The two pictures below are the cards that can be made using only the Christmas Everywhere Card Kit. The three cards on the left are the cards made by following the card kit’s instructions. The three cards on the right are some different ideas on how to use the card kit but put your own creative ideas to it, without needing any other supplies. That’s one of the best things about using a card kit – you can either follow the directions directly or mix it up with your own ideas! No matter which way you choose, you have all the supplies to make delightful handmade greeting cards!
