How to Make a Quick Card With Embossing on a Stamped Layer

Today I’m going to show you how to make a quick card with embossing on a stamped layer. It’s a fun card making technique to share with you that adds dimension to your card but is still super simple.

Make a Quick Card: Details

For this card I used 2 different FREE items that you can get during Sale-a-bration. The Thoughtful Blooms stamp set and the Small Bloom Punch that coordinates with it. If you don’t have the punch, you could easily cut out these flowers.

Card Recipe:

Smoky Slate: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Basic Gray: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
Whisper White: 5″ x 3 3/4″

After stamping, I used the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. These pictures do not do justice to the awesome texture this embossing folder gives!
