Love all the cards Jackie… so nice to see so many colourways…
Thanks Amanda!
Love these cards – how did you do the wine in the glass? Thank you
I colored them with the Stampin’ Up! Blends!
Love your cards – how did you do the white lettering on the black to come out so bold and bright? Thanks you?
It is embossed using a VersaMark pad and white embossing powder. Do you know how to heat emboss? If not, let me know and I send you a link to a video showing step by step how to do.
What stamp set did you use for the banner words….those are not in the Half Full Stamp set.
ooppsss….forgot to list that set. It’s called MIXED DRINK. You can see it here: https://www.stampinup.com/ecweb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=141928&dbwsdemoid=1940
Just saw this Jackie and its a wonderful way to measure for the square cards. I don’t make many, but this is great. Now how would you do this for a regular card and/or a 5X7? I love the 5X7 cards myself. Would be nice to make a box for these as well. TY
Thanks for the great suggestion. Maybe I will try to figure it out someday and if I do I will make sure to do a video.
I love watching your tutorials. Thank you so much for this extremely helpful and informative lesson re box sizes. It has helped me enormously with my 5 x 7 cards! Thank you!
I’m so glad this was helpful to you.

Jackie, I realize this video is really old, but I am so thankful that I found it. All the other ones I would have to convert from centimeters to inches.
I know you wouldn’t remember me, but I met you at a show at the Delta Plex somewhere around 2006. For your project that day, you showed us how to make a plank background. I think I still have it. I was just starting to stamp, so bought all kinds of goodies that day.
In 2010 I became a Stampin, Up Demonstrator, and still am today, but I don’t do much with it. My bestie and I are my best customers. We get together every Wednesday and make cards, lately it has been on Fridays as well. My husband has dementia and I am his care giver. He goes to daycare Mon -Friday which helps me tremendously. Card making is my only out really and gets me away from the house.
I really appreciate you and all the other demonstrators for all you do to get information out there for us and teach us so much. There are so many, almost too many, cards that we can case. I am just so thankful.

Hi Lynnie, thank you so much for sharing your story. The good old days of the Delta Plex. I loved doing those shows, especially because my girls usually came to help. Now they are all grown up and involved in my business still. So happy you have found card making as your “out” and are using it to also bless so many others.
