Let me show you a fun fold card that is easy to make! It’s called a double dutch door card. This creative, fancy fold card will get you addicted to card making real quick!
This is the perfect fold to make with any stamps. You can use the measurements for cutting and scoring and create with your favorite stamps.
Make sure to check out the video to see all the pieces and how to easily score them. There is also some tips for scoring or cutting using 1/8″ because I know sometimes people struggle with those measurements.

Double Dutch Door Card: The Easy Fun Fold Card
You’ll love learning how to make the double dutch door card and the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants bundle is perfect for this fun fold card design. You can grab all the measurements that you need below.
What stamps do you see yourself making this card with? I kept the stamping simple so hopefully you use this idea with other stamps as well. Just grab the measurements and see what you can make.
Dutch Door Fun Fold Card Measurements
To make the base of the card, you will need 2 pieces:
- 8 3/4″ x 4 1/8 – score this one at 5 1/2″
- 8 1/2″ x 2 1/4″ – score this one at 2 1/8″ from each of the ends
You can see here how the longer narrow piece just wraps around to the front.
Designer Series Paper – next you will need 3 pieces of Designer Series Paper
- For the top flap: 4″ x 3 1/8″
- 2 small flaps: 2″ x 2 1/8″
Stamped layer is 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″, and layered onto a 3″ x 3″ piece.
The rest is simple. Just stamp your images and put it all together. Make sure to check out the video for tips and to see how I put it together.
