Jackie ….I am thinking about the starter kit again ….my question is the In Colors included for ink pads ?
Hi Pat, the In-Colors are one of the color family choices you can choose from. If you are interested in getting the In-Colors you would choose that color family as your free ink pad family selection and that would include all 10 of the current In-Colors 2017-2019 and the 2018-2020 colors.
