DIY Christmas Card Ideas Made Easy
Let’s Start with a Video
These cards just don’t show well in pictures, so I did a video to “bring them to life” for you. I also share several tips for making the cards so that you can see how easy they are to make!
If you are reading this in your email, the video might now show up, so just click below to go to YouTube and watch it. While there, make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss any of my videos!
A Close Up Look At the DIY Christmas Card Ideas:
The card above was made exactly per the kit instructions. Take note of the envelopes–they are stunning!!!! And then, for the below card I mixed it up a bit and used one of the banners for the greeting (also in the kit) and added some Linen Thread for an extra little touch.
Here is the second card….
The above one I made following the kit instructions. Make sure to watch the video for some tips for applying the gold foil! And the card below I mixed it up a bit by using a circle greeting rather than the banner. I also added a little bit of gold sequin trim.
Here is the third card from the kit.
The card on the left is per the instructions, and for the one on the right I simply added some gold metallic thread under the greeting circle. Just a little something extra, but not really needed. The cards are perfect as is!!!
And finally, the last card in this card kit:
Just for fun I had to add my own little touch. On the left is the card made following the directions. On the right I added the Gold edge ribbon and moved the greeting banner towards the bottom.
I hope you can see from these pictures how beautiful this card kit is and for the price, just $20, it’s a fabulous buy at just $1 per card. If you make a lot of cards, pick up 4-5 of these kits and you will have your Christmas Cards made in no time.
