I have something fun to share with you today! We are going to use layered circles in all different ways to create some fun cards. The options are endless, and you can use any sized circles. Cut these layered circles with punches or dies, you just need several different sizes.
The magic happens when you take the circles, cut them in half, and layer them in different ways. I am using different colored card stocks, but this would also be super fun with different colors and patterns of Designer Series Paper!

This card started as 4 different colored circles, I cut them in half and adhered the halves together. You will get a different design depending on how you glue them together.
Make sure to watch the video to see how to do, and the different designs that you can get with layered circles based on how you glue them together!

You can get totally different designs depending on how you adhere the circles together, and then, how you place them on your card. Make sure to check out the video to see all the fun.
All you need is 4 different sized circles. I always use 4 different colors, but I bet it would be fun to try using just 2 colors. You could then use the colors “every other.” Using Designer Series Paper could be fun too!

Here are 3 cards that I shared on the video. I don’t have all the measurements and details on these as they were actually cards that I shared at a Creativate retreat last year. But I thought they would be fun to share so that you can see the endless ideas with this layering circles card making idea!

Night of Navy, Pacific Point, Tahitian Tide, and Balmy Blue! But you could change up any of those – pick 4 shades of blue you have and order them from darkest to lightest!
Loved your video on the circle technique. Have seen it done before but it was never explained as simply as what you did. I will definitely try it. I have just recently started to see your videos come up. I definbitely like what I see. I already have a demonstrater or I would be ordering from you.
Watching my videos is enough support, thank you!
