Fun Fold Card Detailsd
You can make this card with any scrap of Designer Series Paper. You need a 1″ x 4″ piece. That is a lot of cards you could make out of one 12″ x 12″ sheet!
Trouble-Free Fun Fold Supplies
- Shimmery White Card Stock: 4″ x 11″
- Colored Card Stock for back: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
- Designer Series Paper: 1″ x 4″
- Colored Card Stock for layer: 1 1/4″ x 4″
Score the Shimmery White card stock at 4 1/2″ and 9 3/4″
It basically folds up like a “match book”, but you want the top to overlap the bottom. The video tutorial shows this step and you’ll see how easy this card goes together.
You will need a fairly narrow greeting stamp to fit on the bottom of your fun fold card to make sure it shows when the card is closed. I used the greeting set called ‘SPECIAL MOMENTS’. This is actually a FREE stamp set that you can get during Sale-a-bration when you place a $100 order.
Know what else is fun about this trouble-free card? All the stamping on the inside! I absolutely love these tulips; in the video, I demonstrate tips for how to do the 2-step stamping.
