What do you think of these clean and simple cards? Which is your favorite? I’d love to hear!

I love the versatility of this stamp set. You can stamp just the bold flower, or stamp on top with the outline for a completely different look.
Simple Card Details
This first clean and simple card is all about the “2-step” stamp. I first stamped the bold image, then the line detail image on top.

Check out the video for my simple solution to lining these two stamp images up! This tip will ensure your clean and simple cards turn out perfect every time!

If you match up the 2 stamps with the image on the stamp case, and then apply to your blocks, you will know which way is “up” and it will be easy to line up. Make sure to watch the video to see how I did this!
Card Measurements
- Card Base: Basic White THICK: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic White: 2 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic Black: 3″ x 5 1/2″
Add a little ribbon, a punched greeting, and some embellishments….and you have a clean and simple card!

The 2nd card was fun to make because I created some dimension on it by using the SIMPLY SCORED scoring tool. Gives these cards such a clean look!
Card Measurements
- THICK Basic White: 4 1/4″ x 11″
- Basic White: 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
- Black: 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″
- Pear Pizzazz: 3″ x 3″
Don’t forget to stamp the insides of your cards. I even added a layer of black to make the inside look just as nice and clean as the outside.

Beautiful cards and so easy. Love them!
Thanks so much Cheryl!
Delicate Dahlias has become my very favorite stamp set! Combining that with the new In Colors has given so much variety in my cards. I’ve made DSP with that stamp set and used it for one-sheet wonders. Just beautiful! I love the simplicity of the sentiments as well.
I love hearing that you are using the stamp set in these ways and enjoying it to the max!
Soooooo beautiful! You are a natural for creativity and presentation! Thank you for sharing dear Jackie! 🌻
Thanks Rosemarie! I hope that you’ll be inspired to make some of these cards too!
Very pretty Jackie. I love how you coordinated the inside of the card too.
Thanks Teena! I love to carry the look on the inside and on the envelopes too.
I like the yellow flower card best. It showcases the dahlia stamp with a few leaves. And no ribbons are needed. For the most part, I prefer cards without any ribbon. Thanks for showing the different options for this stamp set!
The yellow 2 part stamp looks easier for a beginner too!
It’s so fun to stamp in different colors and show the versatility. I’m glad you like these and yes, perfect for anyone…even beginner card makers!
I took my stamp set and marked the top with permanent marker. Easier to see.
That’s a great idea too! Have a stamp happy day!
Love this card! I love black, white and pink as well. Beautiful!
Thanks Shirley!
My favourite is the yellow card, yellow is one of my favourite colours, it is so cheerful and bright!
I love yellow too! Thanks!
Jackie,
I am looking for a sheet of Christmas stars that are not available at Stampin Up anymore. I hope some of my
Stampin Up buddies could find them for me. #162010.
Thank you,
Carol
Hi Carol, probably the best place to look for retired products is on eBay or other resale sites.
