It’s hard to think of Christmas right now, but I have 6 quick Christmas cards that I think you might just want to make this year. I am all about quick and easy, especially if you have a big stack to make. These cards will go together in no time, especially if you follow all my Designer Series Paper cutting tips.
I hear all the time that people are afraid to cut their pretty paper, or they just don’t know how to cut it to get the most use out of it. That’s what we are all about today! We are going to make 6 quick Christmas cards all using Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the One Horse Open Sleigh pack of paper. (I sure hope the paper is still available – it was when I filmed this video for you!)

Video Tutorial for 6 Quick Christmas Cards
These cards are super easy to make once you see how to cut the 6″ x 6″ pieces of Designer Series Paper for each of the different designs. Some pieces of the DSP will make 2 cards, while for others you will need the whole 6″ x 6″ piece – but will have scraps left for the inside.
Measurements & Supplies
All 6 of the quick Christmas Cards were made using the One Hose Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper (DSP.) This paper is so beautiful it makes the perfect focal layer on your cards. Just add a greeting to the outside and inside and you will have your cards made in no time!
Make sure to watch the video to see how to cut each different piece of Designer Series Paper. And then start cutting and creating!

Jackie—I used your. “Cropping” technique for cutting. DSP but cut. Last year’s cards I received. Matted each with appropriate colors of CS. Many had snow and I found that a silver sparkle mat looked beautiful.
That’s so wonderful to hear! I’m glad this technique could help inspire you to create!
Thanks for the measurements, Jackie and the video. The card are beautiful.
Thanks so much! I’m glad you like them.
Luv these cards using the One Horse Open Sleigh DSP. I really liked your tip on saving what you cut off the DSP. I ended up making 10 cards-so quick and easy!
Many Thanks for sharing your inspiration!!
