Each of these 5 charming greeting cards uses the coordinating In-Color products. This is one of the reasons I love Stampin’ Up! – the product coordination! No more trying to figure out what goes with what!
Card Recipe: (They are all made the exact same way, just using different colors)
- Card Base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Whisper White: 5″ x 3 34″
- Basic Black: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- DSP: 1″ x 5″
Easy peasy!!!!

Cards for All Types of Stampers
Recently I had a contest for my downline team members to make 3 cards–1 for each type of stamper. The BEGINNER, the CASUAL, and the AVID STAMPERS (as we like to call them). Here are Heidi’s gorgeous cards.

What does DSP stand for? Thanks!
Geraldine, thanks for asking! It means Designer Series Paper (same thing as scrapbook paper but it’s what we call it in the Stampin’ Up! world). Most of our papers are double sided so that’s a plus and most of our papers also have one side that uses shapes, colors etc. that can be used year round where the other side of the paper is more ‘themed’ to each paper pack and all papers in a pack are color coordinated. In the case of the 6X6 papers some packs are filled with patterns (stripes, dots etc.) that go with one of our color families.
Jackie, thank you so much for the wonderful explanation of DSP. I must admit that I felt rather silly after reading your email. I really appreciate the time you spent giving me so much information. I’m a newbie to this type of stamping so I’m trying to get as much information as I can.
Thanks again!
Geraldine
Hi there….just curious…I see that you love the Tombo multi purpose glue. I’m using it more since I’ve seen your demos but I’m wondering how it holds up long term. Many of my friends say they keep my cards and I would not want them to come apart. I have recieved cards that were made with the mono adhesive and sometimes the glue just doesn’t stay stuck after time. I’m sure there are different quality brands but I’m wondering if you know about the longevity of the
the liquid glue. Thank you for your input. I love following you!
I have never had an issue with the Tombow Multipurpose falling apart. Once it’s dry you can’t pull them apart if you want to.
Thank you so much! You’ve made me a believer.
Have a Stamp Happy Day!
Shirley
Happy to help Shirley!
