In today’s video I have lots of simple tips for coloring with alcohol blends. I love the Stampin’ Blends; they are the best alcohol markers on the market and sometimes it’s just a matter of playing with them to perfect a few basic techniques.

I like to stamp out the images on Whisper White cardstock and grab some blends and play. At first I struggled with what colors to use on these cute little guys, but once I figured it out, they are so easy to color!

What do you think? Was that easy enough to color? As I explained, I usually color light to dark, but this time I felt that dark to light worked the best. You see, there really is no right or wrong way to color with Stampin’ Blends. That’s why I encourage you to just stamp some images and play around.

Which end do you use for colouring the Goats?
You can use either. For this project because there were small areas to color I used the fine tip end which gave me more control. If you were coloring a larger image you might prefer the brush tip. There is no right or wrong way though—whichever end works best for you is perfect!
You’re so cute on your tutorials! Love your ideas. Thank you for sharing!
