I’m going to take one stamp set bundle and show you how to make beautiful handmade wedding cards & Christmas cards with it! Bells are ringing and you’ll be whistling a happy tune along with them when you see what I did with this.

Nothing is more personal than when you customize a wedding card to the colors of the wedding.  Usually you know the colors and if you can make the card to coordinate, the bride and groom really know you made it especially for them.  Today I am going to show you how to make  beautiful handmade wedding cards.  The video is filled with a ton of general stamping tips too!  Even if wedding cards are not in your future crafting, chances are Christmas cards are, so make sure to watch the video to see all the goodies I’m sharing with you.

I made these 2 cards for upcoming weddings.  The one on the left uses Merry Merlot and the one on the right is Bermuda Bay.  I think I have my “wedding card” designs that I will use all year long.  This card went together super fast and actually uses a bunch of “Christmas” products. I love when you can use a stamp set that you thought was for the holidays but find ways to create with it all year long!

I’m going to show you how to make a wedding card with a design idea that will work all year long. PLUS you’ll want to watch the entire video because I’m also sharing the Christmas card ideas I created with the same bundle. A 2 for 1 bargain don’t you think? You can also easily use this idea for anniversary cards too!

Now, on to some Christmas Cards…..

Here are some Christmas Cards with the Bells Are Ringing Bundle.  These cards are made using the stamps & dies for Christmas cards, which is probably what they were designed for.

For these cards I used the Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper.  I love the copper accents in the paper.

The shiny copper paper is so hard to take a picture of.  It looks gold here, but it’s really copper!

Card Recipe:

  • Night of Navy:  11″ x 4 1/4″
  • Frame made using Stitched Rectangle Dies
  • DSP for under frame:  approx 5″ x 3 1/2″

This is probably the simplest of the cards.  I colored the bow with the Stampin’ Blends.

  • Pretty Peacock:  8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Pretty Peacock Layer:  5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Very Vanilla:  2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
  • Pretty Peacock Sure:  cut with stitched shapes die

Make sure to watch the video to see the insides of all of these cards.
