Wow your sweetie Valentine’s Day: Handmade card is today’s simple stamping card. I’ve also got a video to show how it only takes 5 minutes to make a beautiful card.  We are using the Petal Palette stamp set for this Simple Valentine Card.  You could actually give it for all different occasions–Wedding card, Anniversary card, etc. but since Valentines Day is right around the corner, we will call it a valentine!

Let’s take a few more looks at the card I made in the video. (remember, it really doesn’t have to be just for Valentines Day!)

These handmade cards are made from the Notecards and Envelopes you can find on page 193 of the Stampin’ Up! catalog.  Speaking of the catalog, if you don’t have one and would like one, CLICK HERE TO REQUEST.  You can request the new Occasions Catalog or the Annual Catalog.

And remember–NO NAKED ENVELOPES!!!  Always stamp the envelope!!

Stepped Up Version of the Valentine’s Day

If you want to add a little more, here is my “stepped up” version, as I like to call it.  The stamping is just as simple, I just added a few layers, some ribbon, and pearls!

• Crumb Cake:  8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
• Real Red:  3 3/8″ 4 5/8″
• Whisper White:  3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″

What’s Your Style

Which do you like better?  The SIMPLE Valentine Card or the STEPPED UP Valentine Card?  The stamping is no different, it’s just a matter for adding a couple “extra’s.”
