Hello my stamping friends! Today I am sharing the Rooted in Nature stamp set: 4 easy cards to make. Rather than spreading the card tutorials out over several blog posts, I thought I would do a longer post for you and include lots of hand stamped cards. I like seeing similar cards together because it shows how versatile the stamps are and how you can achieve different looks with these 4 easy cards. These hand stamped cards are great for many occasions.

I would love to hear what YOU think. Please leave me a comment letting me know if you like just one card in a blog post, or would rather see several all at once!

Several Rooted in Nature Cards
Here are several more cards for you using the Rooted in Nature stamp set and Nature’s Roots Framelits. Remember, you can purchase these 2 coordinating products together as a bundle and save 10%
This card uses several different “greens.” I did the same technique that I showed in the video to get the brown on all of the tree trunks. It really does not make a difference in the the look of the trees.
Here is the inside:
Card Recipe
- Crumb Cake: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Crumb Cake: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Scraps of Very Vanilla and Granny Apple Green
- Inside: Very Vanilla: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- All supplies & products used are shown at the bottom of the post, make sure to check them out!
After playing with the new color, Granny Apple Green, I needed to make it the main color of my next card! This color is amazing! I think you are going to see me use it a lot!
After inking the stamp for the tree, I stamped in on scrap paper first and then on the card to get a lighter shade. And then I stamped it 2 more times, just like I showed in the video.
Card Recipe
- Granny Apple Green: 4 1/4″ x 11″
- Tranquil Tide: 4 5/8″ x 3 3/8″
- Very Vanilla: 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″
- Inside: Very Vanilla: 4″ x 5 1/4″
What do you think? Are you liking these cards? Make sure to leave me a comment if you like seeing lots of cards in one blog post, rather than me just sharing one a day! What are you thinking about this stamp set? It has such great greetings in it and it’s perfect for those masculine cards that most of us struggle making!
One more card…..
How many “greens” can you use on one card? Can you identify all of them?
Card Recipe
- Very Vanilla: 11″ x 4 1/4″
- Very Vanilla: 4″ x 5 1/4″ + scrap
- Granny Apple Green: 3 1/2″ x 1″
The Crumb Cake was used for the “slice of wood” that is tucked behind the Granny Apple Green banner.

I like seeing more than one. I like the group cards
Thanks for letting me know Barb and thanks for watching!
They are beautiful cards. I like that They can be used for masculine cards which I always have a problem coming up with. It’s nice to see several cards done with the same set. It’s amazing how different they can look. TYFS.
So true…it’s fun to have ideas for the same set don’t you think?! I’m so glad you liked these. Happy Stamping!
This is a great post with lots of useful information. Thanks for posting it.
You’re welcome! I’m so glad this was helpful to you Gloria!
I like all 4 cards. It’s difficult to make masculine cards, I tend to do flowers.
Thanks for the inspiration
I hope that you’ll give these a try!
