How to Make an Accented Blooms Window Card

• Lovely Lipstick:  8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored & folded at 4 /14″
• Whisper White:  5″ x 8″, scored & folded at 4″
• Basic Black & Whisper White Scrap
• Basic Black & Whisper White Baker’s Twine
