I’ve certainly been enjoying your quick and easy tips. Good reviews, good reminders. One question from the one on inks – I have the old archival black ink pad. Even after re-inking I haven’t been getting good stamped images. Would I be better off getting the new foam pad?
Honestly, I replace my black about every 2 years. You can reink and reink…but it just doesn’t give you that crisp black after awhile. Well worth buying a new one. The Black Pads are not foam pads, they are linen with a harder surface.
Hi Jackie,
Thanks for the reminder to use the DSP! I have lots of it to use. Your ideas are cute and look easy!
Mary
Glad you liked the ideas–let the paper do the work!
Brilliant card designs Jackie will definitely be back to CASE these when I need a batch of cards. Thank you. :O)
I have lots of old dsp. I’m going to make a bunch of cards using this post. Thanks for helping me clean out my stash.
Yea–use it up! There will be more pretty papers coming in June!
I have a question. How could I make greeting cards with double-sided adhesive cardstock paper? The paper has ridges. I am overloaded with hoarding paper. Please help. Thanks
I am so sorry, I am unfamiliar with that product because it is not a Stampin’ Up! product and that is all that I use and sell. So, unfortunately I have no ideas to share with you.
Beautiful cards!!! Live this whole idea of “love it, chop it”. It is hard to chop a packet of DSP that I really really like! Thank you!
Don’t hoard that DSP…gotta share it with the world. There will be plenty more paper to come out that you love just as much…I promise!! 🙂
Jackie, I have watched your videos for years and think you do a great
job explains things clearly This was a very helpful video so thanks for everything you do to make crafting simple
You did a video once when you showed suggestions for what to do with DSP that had flowers on the top and bottom of a 12×12 paper but the middle of the paper was white I think it might have been the incredibly popular peaceful person poppies DSP The current Awash in Beauty bundle has similarly formatted paper and I would love to be able to see what you suggested before. If you were the SU demonstrator and can remember which YouTube video that was, I would be grateful Thanks so much Rita
Thanks, Rita! Is this the video you are looking for? https://youtu.be/bxCO_DtHnf8
wow this is great, I can do these quickly and use up some paper, which I have to before I start buying more!.
love ya’lls videos, thanks
cant wait for the new mini catalog
And “oldie” video but still a great project! So glad you came across this and found a good way to create with your paper!
