Quick & Easy Cards with Sweet Soiree DSP

Let the DSP DO THE WORK!  Have you looked at the Sweet Soiree Designer Series Paper?  It is gorgeous.  The other day I shared a card I made with the Cake Soiree stamp set and talked about how I did not really like the “Sweet Soiree Product Suite.”  Well, I did not like the products TOGETHER…..but I sure do like them as individual products!  Today I have some Quick & Easy Cards with the Sweet Soiree DSP.  Remember, in these product suites, you don’t have to use everything together.

Here is the card I posted the other day using the Cake Soiree stamp set.  I just don’t like the stamp set with the paper!  But I love how this card turned out, and I love how the cards using just the papers turned out.  What are your thoughts?

Back to the Quick & Easy Cards with Sweet Soiree DSP

Each card is basically made the same, just different pieces of paper.  The pictures just don’t do justice to this paper.  It is so beautiful with the silver foil texture.  I wanted to make some all occasions cards, so I just grabbed the FLOURISHING PHRASES stamp set.  A favorite of mine for the greetings!

Card Recipe for All the Cards

• Basic Gray Card Base:  8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
• Colored Layers:  3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ (Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, Berry Burst, Old Olive)
• Designer Series Paper:  3 3/4″ x 5″
• Whisper White:  2″ Circles
• 2 1/4″ Circles of Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Flirty Flamingo
• Silver 3/8″ Metallic-Edge Ribbon

EASY PEASY!  Add a pieces of Whisper White (4″ x 5 1/4″) to the inside along with the coordinating verse from the stamp set!
