I recently started a new series on Fridays called: FLASHBACK FRIDAY. I am going to flashback to some of my favorite projects that I have shared before. With our “internet world” it always seems like things fall into a deep dark hole once shared, even though the products used are still available and they are still super cute fun cards. If you are new to following me, chances are you did not see these projects the first time around…..or maybe you just forgot about them!
Today I am flashing back to a post from last September showing several cards made using the HALF FULL STAMP SET. This was in the Holiday Catalog, but it’s still available!!!!
Now I know Christmas is long over, however, you could substitute any greeting on this card!
Other Cards With Half Full
If you missed my other cards with this stamp set, just click on the pictures below to see those posts!
Back To Today’s Card:
Card Recipe:
- Smoky Slate: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic Black: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- Shimmery White: 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Scrap: Basic Black
Card Tips:
- I have a video showing how easy it is to watercolor these images. If you missed it, scroll down, I included in this post
- Make sure when watercoloring you use either Shimmery White or Watercolor Paper and Archival Black ink
- Greeting is embossed–if you don’t know how to heat emboss with embossing powder–ask me. I have a video showing how to do. Stamp/emboss on scrap of Basic Black and then punch out with 1 3/8″ Circle Punch and cut the bottom of the circle off
- Scroll down to see all the supplies needed to make this card
Don’t forget the inside. (I love the greetings in this set!!!) (again, you could use any greeting for any occasion!)

Hi Jackie! Yesterday I watched your Stampin’ Basic video on blender pen vs. aqua painter. I tired the blender pen method after watching and love it! I have never been satisfied with my aqua painter results. Thank you so much for sharing this technique! I really enjoy all of your videos and Facebook live. I learned so much! Thank you!
So happy that my tips helped you!!!! People seem to really like one or the other! Glad you found what YOU like!
Love these cute cards. The fun sentiments make these cards special. The recipient will get a good laugh. Have a great day!
Thank you thank you thank you Jackie. I have been so scared to water color and you make it look so easy. I need so many more stamps, just getting started.
