The new catalog is here and it’s time to start sharing some of the fun things I have been working on for the past month. If you like “versatile,” you will love the COLORFUL SEASONS SUITE on pages 146-147 of the catalog. My head is swimming with a million different things I can do with these stamps, dies, and paper! So stay tuned–you will see a lot from these set over the coming months. (and yes, it will be a featured card kit coming up soon!)
Here is the first card I have to share with you. It was so quick and easy to make and it sure has a punch of color!
The color on the left side is a piece from the COLOR THEORY PAPER STACK. It looks like a paint sample and adds such a delightful touch. The fun thing is, you can make this card using any of the 4 different colors!
- Crumb Cake Card Base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Color Theory DSP: 5 1/2″ x 2″
- Basic Black: 2 7/8″ x 3 3/8″
- Whisper White: 2 3/4″ x 3 1/4″
- Delicate White Doily
- This card is easy peasy!
- Stamp “Thinking of you” on the DSP in Basic Black and attach to left side of card front
- Stamp the frame of the chair in Crumb Cake
- Stamp the seat of the chair in Crushed Curry
- It’s pretty easy to line up, but if you are really picky, use the Stamp-a-ma-jig (click on the picture below to go to my post showing how easy it is to use)
- Assemble as shown, using dimensionals under the Black layer
