In my opinion, sympathy cards are one of the worst cards to send, but one of the most important cards to receive. When you need to send a sympathy card it usually means that a loved one is going through a hard time. Which is why it’s so important to let them know you are thinking of them. But we don’t need to make sad, boring cards. So today, I’m sharing a few cheerful sympathy cards to brighten your loved one’s day!
These cards are designed with the Stampin’ Up! Bright Skies Bundle. I think this is a perfect set to make colorful, cheerful sympathy cards that send a message of support, love, and friendship. I don’t have a video tutorial to share with you, because I think these cards are simple enough that you’ll be able to copy them just by looking at the pictures. Bright Skies Card Details
All three of these cards were made using a Basic White Note Card. These are my absolute favorite because it’s a pre-cut and scored card base, which helps keep card making super easy. I created on a Basic White Cardstock layer that is 4 3/4″ x 3 1/4″, which is adhered to the note card front. This layer is not necessary, I just love a white-on-white layered look!
Then to design these cards I actually stamped and die cut many pieces, then mixed and matched them to create different weather scenes.
