Today’s project is filled with tips for using stamp sets with coordinating punches and for coloring with Stampin’ Blends (my favorite way to color!) Stampin’ Blends are alcohol markers and they make coloring so easy with great results.
Prior to discovering Stampin’ Blends, I really disliked coloring! I would do anything to avoid it. But now… I love to color. Stampin’ Blends make it quick and easy, and you truly feel like a coloring artist. Now, don’t get me wrong – I am no coloring expert! My card making style is all about quick and easy, and the method in which I color with my Stampin’ Blends is also quick and easy.

For this card, I used 2 different coloring techniques. The monkeys are actually stamped onto colored card stock before punching out. This makes it super quick and easy because I never really had to color anything!
The background tree and greenery were stamped in Memento Black ink and colored with the Stampin’ Blends.
Tips For Coloring With Stampin’ Blends
Make sure to check out the video for coloring tips for using the Stampin’ Blends. On this card, the coloring is quite simple, like everything I create, but you certainly can use the Stampin’ Blends for beautiful intricate coloring as well!

More Ideas with the Little Monkey Stamp Set
This stamp set is so cute and would be perfect to make cards for anyone. Young or old, girls or boys, everyone will smile when they receive a card with the Little Monkeys on it!

Make sure to watch the video to better see these cards. I tried to use the punch and image three different ways! The top left is like the featured card, while the card on the right is not stamped. That monkey is simply punched out and only the face is stamped.
The card on the bottom uses Stampin’ Blends to color the monkey. So many different ways to use this stamp and punch! The stamp set also has several other monkeys, but for these cards, I focused only on using the one that coordinates with the punch.
