I have a fun project to share with you, actually, it’s 5 projects! I have 5 different simple notecard designs that you can make with any Designer Series Paper and a few stamps, ink, and paper!
For these simple notecard designs, I am using the Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper and the Stampin’ Up! Very Vanilla notecards. These notecards are perfect because they come in a package of 20, already scored, and with envelopes. And with these simple notecard designs, you will be able to create a stack of cards in no time!
These designs are easy to create using any paper that you have and are a great way to use up those scraps or smaller pieces of DSP that you just don’t know what to do with. Let the Designer Series Paper be the focal point of your cards and just add whatever greeting you want. Make sure to keep scrolling to the bottom to see how I made these same notecard layouts using a different pack of DSP.
I am also using the Inked & Tiled stamp set and punch pack for these cards. The greetings in this stamp set and the punches also are perfect to use with any Designer Series Paper! Let your creativity go wild as you make these simple notecard designs.

Notecard Measurements
Below are the measurements for the 5 simple notecard designs. I hope you enjoy these ideas and use them to create some of your own notecards.
All of the notecards are made using the Very Vanilla Note Cards & Envelopes from Stampin’ Up! The size of these is 3 1/2″ x 5″, so all measurements for cutting the Designer Series Paper are based on that being the front of the card.
Layout #1 Measurements:
- Large piece DSP: 3″ x 5″
- Small DSP Strip: 1/2″ x 5″
Layout #2 Measurements:
- Large piece DSP: 4 1/2″ x 3″
- Small DSP Strip: 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Layout #3 Measurements: (This one is similar to #2, but the DSP is stamped on and it’s turned in a different direction.)
- Large piece DSP: 3″ x 4 1/2″
Layout #4 Measurements:
- Large piece DSP: 5″ x 3 1/2″
- Very Vanilla Layer: 4″ x 2 1/2″
Layout #5 Measurements:
- Large piece DSP: 3″ x 5″
- Small DSP: 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
- Very Vanilla: 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
