Cutting Dimensions & Details:
Grab a piece of Designer Series Paper or scrapbook paper that is 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ (the normal card front size)

Next you will need a coordinating color of cardstock for the rest of the base. This piece needs to be 5 1/2″ x 5 1/4″
Scored the card stock at 1″ to form the “flap” of the front
Adhere the DSP to the inside of the 1″ flap and there is your base.
Make sure to watch the video for some tips and to see how I finished off the rest of the card.

I’m glad you find the instructions helpful Carole!
Hi Jackie, this is such a fun card to make. It’s quick and easy. The thing I like the most is being able to see both sides of the DSP in one card, which is so nice for the inside of the card. I have taken it one easy step further with the 1” strip on the side by using a decorative edging punch or using an embossing folder to give it some dimension. Makes the front of the card even prettier. Thanks for sharing this idea.
I’m glad you like these!
