What to Expect
PROJECT TUTORIALS
48 Step-by-step PDF tutorials for different card making and paper crafting projects. Tutorials include measurements, supplies used, and detailed easy-to-follow instructions. All projects are designed for every “level” of stamper to be able to make, and for you to be able to create them with any stamps, ink, and paper that you already have.
STAMPING PRESENTATIONS
Presentations are streamed live via YouTube at the scheduled time where you’re able to chat with other attendees, and they’re recorded in case you cannot attend during the live event. Presentations are also pre-recorded and available with the written tutorial, in case you want to dive right into the project and don’t like the “chit-chat” of lives.
RETREAT COMMUNITY
Each retreat has an optional private Facebook group that is our online Creativate community. Here you can connect with crafters worldwide who share a passion for paper crafting, share your creativity, and find more stamping inspiration. In addition, if you join the live presentations you can connect and chat with others.
PARTICIPATE YOUR WAY
I like to say Creativate Retreats are a “do it your way” retreat. You can participate live, watch replays, or just grab all the amazing tutorials. You don’t have to be present, and you will have unlimited access to watch presentations and download tutorials on your own time. Creativate is a stress-free stamping retreat from the comfort of your home!
PRE-RETREAT STAMPING
Creativate retreats are a whole month of stamping fun! Each Monday leading up to the retreat (4 total) a new stamping challenge is posted. Tutorials are included with each challenge so you can use them as more stamping ideas rather than challenges if you prefer. No special supplies are needed, you create with what you already have.
PROJECT VARIETY
As a team, we work hard to present a variety of different projects for each retreat. You will find everything from fun fold cards to unique techniques, boxes, and bags, quick and easy, to over the top! There is always a variety of projects and something for everyone. Never buy new products for these projects, learn to use the supplies you have.
PRIZES
We love to give away prizes! Everyone who registers will be entered into the prize drawings and you don’t have to participate live to win. We announce prize winners at the end of each live presentation and post the list of winners on the private website.
LIFETIME ACCESS
A private website where everything is compiled neatly in one place that you’ll have lifetime access to. This is where you will find all tutorial downloads and presentation links. What the presentations whenever you’re able to and as often as you want!

Meet the Creativate Team
We are four top Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who are all “best friends” in life, as well as “best stampin’ friends.” We love to work together to bring you a day filled with stamping presentations, inspiration, laughs, and tons of prizes! We specialize in sharing fun card making projects for all levels of crafters. Each team member brings their unique stamping style to the retreat, guaranteeing a fun variety of projects to learn.
The Creativate team began our virtual stamping retreat in April 2020 to give crafters the opportunity to learn, stamp, and enjoy virtual fellowship with others around the world. The retreats continue to grow every quarter and have become the largest (and best) stress-free stamping retreat available. We continue to keep the cost affordable and focus on teaching you new ways to use the crafting products that you already have. Although we use Stampin’ Up! products in all of our projects, I promise that you’ll be inspired and excited to create with any of your favorite card making supplies.

If you missed any of the past retreats, all of the tutorials and project videos are still available. Some of the products used may be retired, however, all projects are designed to be created with any products you have. These are amazing tutorial collections filled with so many stamping ideas!
Can I participate if I don’t live in the US?
YES. Everyone worldwide can participate! This is an online stamping retreat and we are not sending products or mailing any information.
Can I participate if I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator?
YES. We love sharing ideas with other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. Feel free to bring your friends, customers, and team members. Everyone is welcome!
What are pre-retreat stamping challenges?
We like to get the fun started right away, so we share 4 different stamping challenges for you to help get your fingers “inky” and warmed up for the retreat. These are totally optional to do and just a fun way for us to share more stamping ideas and tutorials with you. You can participate as a challenge, or just use the tutorial that comes with each challenge for card making ideas. During the pre-retreat stamping challenges, you will get 12 different card making tutorials!
What if I am not available the day of the retreat?
No problem! Everything is recorded and available for replays. You can work through the retreat projects at your own pace when you are available. Or, go back and re-watch anything, anytime!
Will I be stamping along with you?
Since everyone stamps at a different pace, the retreat is not intended for you to stamp all the projects with us. We will provide you with all of the tutorials ahead of the presentations so you can have supplies ready for the projects you want to create during the retreat. And then, stamp at your leisure and create the projects in the days/weeks following the retreat. We give you enough ideas to keep you stamping until the next retreat!
How do I know what stamps and supplies I will need?
No special supplies are needed! We design the projects so that they can be created with products you already have. Most projects can be made with any stamps, ink, paper, and a few basic supplies. We want you to learn to use and create with what you have. We also don’t want you buying things you don’t like.
