I had so much fun designing and making this project!!!! It is absolutely adorable–AND EASY. I don’t make a lot of boxes or “3D” items because to me, they are just too much work, too hard and confusing, or just plan had to figure out! But I found these candles and was determined to design a cute box. And guess what–I ENJOYED DOING THIS! and I made it SIMPLE!!!!
Here is the video:
(if you are reading this in your email, the video might not show up, CLICK HERE for the video)
For the box, you need 3 pieces of cardstock.
Main Part of Box: 6 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ (score at 1 3/4″ on all 4 sides)
Insert to hold candle: 3″ x 11″ (score at 1 3/4″, 4 3/4″, 6 1/2″ and 9 1/2″
Gift Card holder: 2 7/8″ x 7″ (score at 3″)
Here are all the pieces scored, put together and with the DSP on them:
Here is what you need for the Designer Series Paper (DSP)
And here is another picture of the one all wrapped up:
It is packaged in our 6″ x 17″ Gusseted Cello Bag. I just cut it down to 12″
Here are all the supplies you need to make this project. Just click on any picture to go to the online store and place an order.
