If the holiday season has snuck up on you and you’re starting to feel stressed over getting your cards made and in the mail, I have the easy button for you! I have a stack of the quickest and easiest Christmas card ideas to share with you today along with some easy holiday gift tags. Creating with the Mix & Match product line is creativity made fun and easy, with products that are designed to work together to create a card or tag in minutes!

To create these Christmas card ideas and gift tags, I’m using all four of the Mix & Match products from the Stampin’ Up! Fall 2024 Mini Catalog. By using the Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes I don’t have to cut and score any card bases. And from using the printed, precut images and sentiments in the Ephemera Packs I don’t have to do any stamping. All I needed in addition was my favorite adhesives and some baker’s twine for the gift tags.

Gift Tags and Christmas Card Ideas
I’m sharing all the pictures below for easy gift tags and Christmas card ideas that you can make! As long as you have the four different Mix & Match products you’ll be able to make all of these and have leftover pieces! I only used half the sheets of the Ephemera packs for this project – so there are many more cards I can still piece together. And if you’re looking for more inspiration for creating with these products, check out Pages 14-17 in the Mini Catalog!
This first group of pictures is the Tags for the Season Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. It includes sheets with small and large gift tags.

Now for the Christmas cards, we have the Gold Dipped Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes. They come in a pack of nine, so I made nine different card ideas with them. These are great to create with because they come precut and scored, and they’re printed with colors and gold foil so they’re not a boring white card base!

To piece all the gift tags and Christmas card ideas together we have the Joyful Images Mix & Match Ephemera Pack and the Joyful Sayings Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. I love how these two work together to pair fun holiday images with cheerful holiday sayings!

To design all these cards I first punched the pieces out and then mixed & matched them to create cute focal images. I also found inspiration from the Mini Catalog to help see what pieces grouped together nicely! And that’s it – 9 quick & easy Christmas cards with 8 Christmas tags all made in a few minutes.

I used the Ephemera packs and a pack of the gold envelopes and cards to take to a nursing home for a class. This is the first time I have done this. I did cut the envelopes up to give them more pieces if necessary. I was told to expect 5-15 people. Ended up with 18 and the had the best time ever. I had white cardstock and envelopes as well as some green, red, and blue cardstock bases cut in case they wanted to use them. I took several packs of old rhinestones in various colors as well as gold sequins. One woman when she asked how much I was charging, used 22 multi colored ones on one card since there was no charge. There was one man and he made the snowman card and then helped a couple of ladies with dementia put them together. He made the mistake of telling one woman her card was gaudy. She told him the card was not for him and she liked it. Anyway, it was a great time for us.
How nice of you. I know they enjoyed you doing this for them. ❤️
This is such a beautiful story! Thank you so much for sharing. I love to hear how easy the ephemera packs are to create with for everyone.
