It’s time for a new fun fold card! I have a super easy triangle fold card tutorial to share with you today, along with good masculine card ideas. This triangle fun fold is not one of the templates from our fun fold card templates series, so you could easily make it as a template and add it to your shoebox. And the unique cut on the cardstock will give you two triangle fold card bases to design.
I’m designing this triangle fold card today with the Stampin’ Up! Take To The Sky Suite Collection. This suite includes the Adventurous Sky stamp set and coordinating dies along with the Take To The Sky Designer Series Paper. I think this suite will make awesome masculine and adventure-themed cards!

Easy Triangle Fold Card Tutorial
Here’s the cutting diagram to make your triangle fun fold card bases. You need to start with a full sheet of 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock. Score it in half each way and then cut it in half diagonally.
TIP: You will need to take the score blade off the paper trimmer to make it fit, and you will still need to “snip” a little at the corners.
Watch my video tutorial to see how easy this is!
Once your card base is made, here are the other measurements to design your cards:
- DSP: 4″ x 5 1/4″, cut diagonally
- If your DSP has a directional print, make sure you are cutting at the right angle to adhere to the card
- Basic White inside layer: 4″ x 5 1/4″
And then you can use any shape or size to design your focal image on the front! I used a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies here, but if you watched my video tutorial you’ll see other focal images designed on squares.
