Are you ready for some card ideas you can make in a snap? I am back today with another set of SIP cards plus some stepped up versions.
SIP cards? SIP stamps for STAMPS, INK & PAPER–that’s all you really need to make some quick and easy cards. These are DIY card ideas you can make in a snap.
Now I know, this first photo is NOT SIP cards…..so, you are going to have to keep scrolling. In today’s post and video I share both SIP CARDS plus the stepped up versions below. These cards ARE NOT any harder, they will just take you a bit more time!
Make sure to watch the video for lots of stamping tips and for a better look at all of today’s cards. And then, if you like this stamp set and the products I used, just scroll all the way to the bottom for a complete list of everything I used and you can place your order and get to quick card making today!
Card Ideas You Can Make in a Snap with Bloom & Grow : Video
Let’s just jump right in with some simple stamping, easy card design ideas, and plenty of tips to help you along the way!
I think I am trying to get in these last “summer” looking cards before fall hits here in Michigan!
Card Ideas You Can Make in a Snap
Below are the SIP cards I shared in the video–easy peasy when you use the Note Cards & Envelopes. Just grab 1 ink pad in the color of your choice, plus black!
Now, Let’s Step Them Up
Like I said earlier, these cards are not HARD, they will just take you a bit more time than the SIP cards. There is some coloring to do, plus some cutting of layers. Below each card I have the card recipe for you.
All 3 of these were colored with the Stampin’ Blends. Have I told you how much I love to color with the Stampin’ Blends?????
Recipe:
- Whisper White: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Flirty Flamingo Designer Series Paper (part of the Brights Pack): 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- Whisper White Rectangle cut with the Stitched Rectangle Framelits: Approximately 4 1/4″ x 3″
- Scrap of Daffodil Delight (for scallop edge below–it’s cut with a die in the set)
- Whisper White scrap
Just a reminder–when you color with Stampin’ Blends you want to make sure you are stamping your image in the Memento Black and using Whisper White yardstick.
Recipe:
- Whisper White: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Balmy Blue Designer Series Paper (part of the Subtles Pack): 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- Whisper White Rectangle cut with the Stitched Rectangle Framelits: Approximately 4 1/4″ x 3″
- Whisper White scrap
Recipe:
- Whisper White: 4 1/4″ x 11″
- Highland Heather Designer Series Paper (part of the Subtles Pack): 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- Whisper White Rectangle cut with the Stitched Rectangle Framelits: Approximately 4 1/4″ x 3″
- Whisper White scrap
- Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects. What I love about this stamp set is that it is perfect for really quick and easy (SIP) cards, or if you enjoy coloring, it’s a gorgeous stamp set that is easy to color. You can also make cards for any occasion, and use any colors!
