Hello friends! I’m so excited to share today’s cards. I’ve got the best craft punch for making simple cards! Mix it with beautiful designer paper or your favorite scrapbook paper for a variety of looks. I’m sharing bonus card ideas too!
So, What IS the best craft punch? The Tailored Tag Punch by Stampin’ Up! Ok, so that is just one of my favorite punches but for these simple cards it’s perfect.
The ‘Peony Garden Designer Series Paper’ (DSP) is the paper I chose. You can see how easy it would be to mix and match papers. I’d love to hear your thoughts– do you think this is the best craft punch for these simple cards? Would you use some other paper punch?

Thanks for this blog post Jackie. I don’t have this punch but guess I need to get it as I have seen so many different uses of it. Thanks for all your great videos. I may not get to watch them live, but always watch the replays and get so much out of all of them. You are a great teacher and have really great ideas. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Thanks Betty! I’m glad you are here watching. Happy holidays!!
I agree Jackie that it is a great craft punch. Love your cards!

Dear Jackie. I love your web site. I’ve got this punch and never think to use it. Thanks for the boost! Happy Holidays and survive the Michigan winter. I am a Michigan native who lives in Louisville, Ky. I’ve been stamping for 20+ years and don’t know what I’d do without it. I’ll be looking forward to the spring paper share.
Lovely cards love your ideas
Make sure you are signed up for my newsletter to get first notice of the paper share. Last time it sold out before I had a chance to announce it here on the blog. Yes….so glad we have a fun hobby to help pass the winter.
Thank you Jackie. Always love your cards, videos and tips! Quick question on the one that you used the EF-did you run the DSP separately or did you run it through after attached top the cardstock? Thank you
You can do it either way but on the card you are referring to I ran it through the embossing machine after the designer series paper punched pieces were attached to the cardstock.
I love this punch. Can’t think of any other that would fit together so nicely as this one. Thanks so much for your tutorials and showing us new ideas.
This is one of my go-to punches for sure!
Nice punch I agree, all your DSP ideas are easy and helpful for beautiful cards and many ideas.
I love sharing ideas using the DSP because so many people hoard it so I want them to USE the paper.
Thank you for putting the picture of the card back on the home page. Love your work and I want to see it quickly or I pass by
I’m glad you enjoy that Roberta; that took some changes in WordPress for me to do that. Let’s hope it continues to work. HA!
Beautiful cards and great ideas. Also enjoyed your video. Thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching!!
