We all have friends and we all have birthday’s so I’m excited to share a birthday greeting for a friend that will WOW her! Well….really this card is great as a birthday card for Sister or any woman in your life!
I think I have been addicted to making window cards too! I guess I just love the look of the layers and the dimension it gives your greeting cards.
Making window cards is easy with dies that layer together to make the frames around the window. Today I will share how to make a window card using the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and it’s “SISTER” stamp set, Magnolia Blooms. These sets make super cute birthday greeting cards and have such beautiful artwork to them.
2 Magnolia stamp sets? YES–you might have missed the MAGNOLIA BLOOMS one because it’s in the EXPERIENCE CREATIVITY (Beginner’s Brochure,) and not in the regular catalog. These 2 sets work together beautifully. I did another video on the Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Blooms – you can check it out here

Most of the cards I have been seeing (and what I myself have done) have colored the flowers in light pink or light white. I had fun coloring this one with the Rococo Rose and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends! I love the BIG BOLD look of it.
REMINDER: To get the best results with the Stampin’ Blends, make sure you stamp your image in the Memento Black ink and that you are using Whisper White cardstock.
Here is the “Beginner’s Brochure” where this stamp set is located. Plus some other fun stamp sets not featured in the main catalog.
